BOHICA

I saw someone type BOHICA the other day while playing World of Warcraft. I didn't know what it meant but luckily somebody else asked. Bend Over Here It Comes Again. My husband's company of the last 4 months has been making lots of changes. One was the decision to begin issuing paychecks once a month. Well apparently, he wasn't on the proper email list to get "notices" and found out quite by chance when someone else mentioned it that it was starting this month-us- the whole time sending off bills, bidding on auctions, ya know squandering as our paycheck to paycheck life permits-and there won't be a paycheck Tuesday. Won't be a paycheck to almost the end of the month. My parents have bailed us out as usual, but it sucks because it does seem like bad luck follows us around like mosquitos.
On other news, Mark and I have started a weight loss competition. Our initial goal is to lose a modest 30 pounds each by October 31rst. The winner gets 500 dollars and doesn't have to wash or make baby bottles for the rest of the year.
We also made a list of mostly alphabetical movies we would like to watch together-we each chose one movie for each letter and we watch one each week. We began last week with my choice Against All Odds and will watch Anchorman-his choice-this weekend.
